Booking Policies
BOOKING: Clients will be required to pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit at the time of booking the appointment that will go toward the total service. The remaining 50% will be due at the completion of the appointment.
CANCELLATION: Rescheduling or canceling an appointment must take place at least 1 day before the beginning of your scheduled appointment. For rescheduled appointments, the deposit will apply to the new appointment. For cancelled appointments, the client will unfortunately forfeit the nonrefundable deposit. Excessive Same-day cancellations or No-Shows may result in future booking restrictions.
LATE POLICY: A $15 late fee will be charged after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late should call to confirm availability.
