LeChisa Bailey is the Founder and CEO of All Tressed Up Salon.  Her passion for hair and business inspired her to create a space where all genders could feel comfortable and pampered.  LeChisa has been an expert in the hair industry since 2007, acquiring her cosmetology license from Empire School of Cosmetology.  She was awarded Charlotte's Up and Coming Stylist of the Year in 2012.  Through her extensive training in cosmetology, LeChisa also became a waxing specialist with a very simple motto, "If it's hair, I go there."

All Tressed Up Salon opened June 2019 and provides a calming atmosphere that caters to all ethnicities. Clients can expect to receive outstanding haircare services in a timely manner, full body waxing, phenomenal customer service, and hair and skin care education, and amazing aftercare products.

 

LeChisa is a Charlotte native who believes in giving back to local programs within her community that helps women and children.  She is passionate about empowering women to realize their dreams and leading by example to show them that they, too, can live their dreams while being an amazing mother, entrepreneur, and community activist.
